Subscription Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy for Website Builds: If you wish to cancel your website build, please notify us within 14 days of placing your order. Upon cancellation, access to your newly created website will be revoked, and you will no longer have any rights to the content or design provided.

Non-Refundable Digital Products Policy: All digital products purchased from our store are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and requirements carefully before making a purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle, taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for the remaining time are not available, but the user will still have access to their subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Can be cancelled within 14 days from the date of order or renewal and within 30 days of the renewal date. After these periods, cancellation is effective at the end of the current term, and refunds for the remaining time are not available.
